Our Partners Daniel Zugman and Renato Vilela to Participate in OAB SP Seminar on Holding Companies and Planning

Our partners Daniel Zugman and Renato Vilela will participate in the seminar “Holding Companies and Planning in Times of Change,” organized by OAB SP.

The event will take place on March 30 (Monday), starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Institutional Headquarters, and will bring together specialists to discuss the impacts of recent legislative changes on estate planning, succession matters, and corporate reorganizations.

Daniel Zugman will be a speaker on the 4th Panel (11:00 a.m.), addressing the topic “International Succession Under the Rules of Supplementary Law No. 227/26,” focusing on the effects of the new legislation on wealth structures involving foreign elements.

Following this, at 11:30 a.m., Renato Vilela will participate in the 5th Panel, discussing “Corporate Reorganizations in 2026: Tax and Corporate Law Aspects,” with a focus on the practical implications of regulatory changes for business transactions.

The program is closely aligned with the current regulatory landscape and the challenges faced by companies and business families in light of the implementation of the Tax Reform.
