BVZ Summer Internship Program

We have concluded another edition of our Summer Internship Program, a month dedicated to learning, collaboration, and direct exposure to the practice of law.

Throughout the program, the interns had the opportunity to explore the firm’s different practice areas, gaining insight into specific fields of work, methodologies, and the dynamics of the legal market. The program was designed to provide a practical experience closely connected to the real challenges of legal practice.

As part of the initiative, we hosted two editions of Interns Talks, dedicated to discussing strategic topics that are part of the firm’s day-to-day work. The sessions covered the practical implications of the Tax Reform, as well as the functions, underlying rationale, and potential dispute-related developments arising from shareholders’ agreements. These discussions allowed interns to engage with recurring legal issues in a practical context and to better understand the integrated approach adopted across different practice areas.

We believe that investing in professional development from the very beginning of a legal career is essential to preparing talent capable of adapting to the evolving legal landscape. We remain committed to fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and responsible professional development.
