Launch of the Book “Corporate Insolvency: Public and Private Renegotiations”

Last week, we held the launch of the book “Corporate Insolvency: Public and Private Renegotiations”, published by Editora Dialética.

The event brought together authors, guests and market professionals for an evening of discussion on relevant topics related to corporate insolvency, debt renegotiation, judicial reorganisation, bankruptcy and restructuring.

Coordinated by our partners Frederico Bastos, Ivo Bari together with Lucas Simionato, and organised by our lawyer Luiza Crispim, the book features chapters authored by several professionals, including other members of BVZ: Daniel Zugman, Renato Vilela, Fábio Percegoni de Andrade, Manoella Dourado and Marcelo Silveira.
