Our Partner Ivo Bari Participates in the 8th Brazilian Congress on Business Procedural Law

Our partner Ivo Bari will be a speaker at the 8th Brazilian Congress on Business Procedural Law, which will take place on September 24 and 25 at the AASP Auditorium, in São Paulo.

Ivo’s participation will take place on the second day of the congress, at 11 a.m., in the panel “Partial dissolution in cases of death and divorce.”

The event will bring together leading professionals to discuss relevant topics in business procedure, including arbitration, judicial reorganization, bankruptcy, Corporate Law, early production of evidence, confidentiality, and contemporary challenges in business dispute resolution.
