Our partner Frederico Bastos will take part in the Tax Settlement Congress, organized by the Tax Law Committee of the OAB/SP, in partnership with PGFN, PGE/SP, IASP, and AASP.

Frederico will join the panel “Practical Aspects of Individual Tax Settlements: from the Settlement Request to the Settlement Agreement,” alongside Débora Oliveira, Eduardo Corrêa, and Tácio Lacerda Gama.

The event will bring together representatives from the Public Attorney’s Offices and the tax law community to discuss the advances, challenges, and perspectives of this important fiscal policy mechanism, which has been transforming the dynamics of tax litigation in Brazil.
