Our partners Fábio Percegoni de Andrade, Ivo Bari, and Renato Vilela, together with associate Luiza Crispim, contributed as authors to the recently released book Processo Societário V, published in two volumes and dedicated to the analysis of relevant issues in corporate litigation and contemporary business practice.

In Volume I, Percegoni and Bari authored the chapter “Liability for the Payment of Equity Interests in Limited Liability Companies: A Concerning Jurisprudential Trend.”

In Volume II, Vilela and Crispim authored the chapter “The Use of the Concepts of ‘Going Concern Value,’ ‘Business Assets,’ and ‘Goodwill’ by Brazilian Corporate Law Scholars: Questionable Utility in the Interpretation of Article 606 of the Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure.”
