Our partners Artur Sahione Muxfeldt and Daniel Zugman contributed to the collective work “Foreign Trade: Current Developments and Legal Aspects – OAB São Paulo Collection, Volume 42,” organized by Luis Carlos Szymonowicz, President of the Foreign Trade Committee of the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP).

The book brings together foreign trade specialists to discuss topics such as special customs regimes, taxation, regulatory barriers, international agreements, and trade defense strategies.

Artur, in co-authorship with Rafael Pinheiro, authored the article “Customs Planning, Import ICMS, and Business Purpose: A Case Study on Tax Incentives in Foreign Trade.”

Zugman, in co-authorship with Marcelle Silbiger De Stefano, authored the article “Reflections on the Export of Services under the Brazilian Tax Reform.”
