Ivo Bari and Manoella Dourado Participate in a Collective Publication on 30 Years of the Arbitration Act

The collective publication “30 Years of the Brazilian Arbitration Act” featured contributions from our partner Ivo Bari and our attorney Manoella Dourado, authors of the article “Guerrilla Tactics in Arbitration: Typology and Possible Countermeasures”.

The publication brings together different perspectives on arbitration and marks the 30th anniversary of Law No. 9,307/1996. It was coordinated by Carlos Alberto Carmona, Selma Ferreira Lemes and Pedro Batista Martins.

The book launch took place at the headquarters of the Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo – IASP on Thursday, 5 November, at an event organised by Canal Arbitragem in partnership with the Institute.
