BVZ Advogados secures a favorable decision for ABRACOM

The Brazilian Association of Communication Agencies (ABRACOM) has obtained a significant judicial ruling in a case led by BVZ Advogados, ensuring the exclusion of the ISS tax from the PIS and COFINS tax bases for its members. This decision represents a potential reduction of up to 10% in monthly contributions, as well as the possibility of recovering previously overpaid amounts.
