Our partner Ivo Bari<\/span><\/strong><\/span> <\/a>will be a speaker at the 8th Brazilian Congress on Business Procedural Law, which will take place on September 24 and 25 at the AASP Auditorium, in S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n

Ivo\u2019s participation will take place on the second day of the congress, at 11 a.m., in the panel \u201cPartial dissolution in cases of death and divorce.\u201d<\/p>\n

The event will bring together leading professionals to discuss relevant topics in business procedure, including arbitration, judicial reorganization, bankruptcy, Corporate Law, early production of evidence, confidentiality, and contemporary challenges in business dispute resolution.<\/p>\n
