data-end=\"701\"><strong data-start=\"337\" data-end=\"351\">Tax Reform<\/strong><br data-start=\"351\" data-end=\"354\" \/>\u2013 The Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and the IBS Management Committee regulate the National Tax Compliance Program, aimed at adapting taxpayers to the new obligations related to IBS and CBS.<br data-start=\"547\" data-end=\"550\" \/>\u2013 CGIBS and the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service publish adjustments to the event layouts and XSD files of the Declaration of Specific Regimes (DeRE).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"875\"><strong data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"721\">Tax Settlement<\/strong><br data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"724\" \/>\u2013 TJ-GO orders the suspension of the enforceability of a tax credit due to the municipal Administration\u2019s delay in analyzing a tax settlement proposal.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"1449\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong data-start=\"877\" data-end=\"892\">Tax Updates<\/strong><br data-start=\"892\" data-end=\"895\" \/>\u2013 SEFAZ-SP establishes that the tax basis for ITCMD on the donation of equity interests must reflect market value, rather than merely book value.<br data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1043\" \/>\u2013 The STF rules that municipalities may not set IPTU rates based on the area of the property.<br data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1139\" \/>\u2013 The Federal Court holds that collection notices and letters from the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service do not interrupt the statute of limitations for tax credits.<br data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1307\" \/>\u2013 TRF-3, in preliminary decisions, rejects the 10% increase in the presumed profit margin for companies subject to the presumed profit regime.<\/p>\n<p
